My overall experience with Edusson Australia was very disappointing. Not only were the prices too high and the quality too awful, even the basic service details, such as the customer service, but was also simply not up to scratch. With this in mind, I highly advise against using this scam service.

Edusson offers around 30+ writing services. There are no editing or proofreading services available and no resume writing services. Within the available services, you’ll find most of the basic assignment types such as basic essays, dissertations and presentations and a lack of the more comprehensive and niche assignment types.
How it works(order form, payment system, currency)
There are four steps to take to receive a completed essay. You’ll first have to hand over all your personal information by signing up to the website. Once you’ve made an account, you can then proceed to make your order. Your order will then go live to a database of writers who can then bid their best price to complete your work. Once you’ve decided on a writer, they’ll create your essay, and you simply pay when you’re happy with the work.

The pricing system of Edusson is very complex. Using the order form, a ten-page essay with a week deadline will set you back an estimated $300. This is a crazy amount of money for an essay writing service, and there are much cheaper alternatives. Also, this is not a confirmed price since the writers bid on your job, meaning they can realistically charge whatever they want.

The website provides very little information when it comes to their writers. There’s a dedicated page which you can scroll through the available writers. This is leading me more and more towards the belief that the website is a scam.

Upon making my order, I was eager to see the ‘outstanding’ quality that the website claims, especially with how much you’re paying per essay. It’s safe to say I was more than disappointed. After reviewing my essay, I found it to be extremely poorly written with poor sentence structures and a huge amount of typing errors, leading me to believe that the writer hadn’t even carried out a basic proofread. It would take a lot of work to edit it myself.

To request a refund on my essay, I attempted to contact the website. There’s a physical address that’s based in Cyprus so writing a letter is out of the question for urgent assistance. There’s also an email address which takes days to get a reply and a live chat service which seems to be more dedicated to helping people who want to make orders. There is also no phone number, rendering it very difficult to order a refund.
